Subsystem rotated surface code[1]

Description

Subsystem version of the rotated surface code.

For example, a \([[3d^2-2d,1,d]]\) family admits weight-six \(X,Z\)-type stabilizer generators on hexagonal plaquettes and weight-three gauge generators on bow-tie shaped regions on the dual lattice.
